librdfa 0.18 released

After a weekend of bug smashing with the help of Masahide KANZAKI and
Dave Beckett (Redland/Raptor/Rasql RDF libraries and tools), librdfa
0.18 has been released to the public. This version passes all 117
approved RDFa test cases as well as the 3 newest test cases pending review.

Linux binaries for Debian and RPM-based distributions are available here:

The windows library is old (don't have a Windows development machine at
home) and will have to be updated in the coming weeks.
