If you wish the above option to be considered in the poll on Monday, I ask that you grab the spec, remove any and all sections you feel should be removed, add your name to the result, and publish it either on your own space or W3C space. Manu and Mike can help with the mechanics. Should you not complete this by Monday, there always will be the opportunity to request a subsequent poll. What I will *not* do is guarantee that the group will select this option, and I will further be quite clear that I have ZERO interest or intention to impose this option by fiat myself.
