These all pass in my (unreleased) development version. By the way, I'm moving active development of the Ruby RDFa parser to Reddy, My clone at http://github.com/gkellogg/reddy contains the RdfaParser, a new conforming RDF/XML parser and an N3 parser, along with improved graph semantics. I'm still working on some improvements to the Graph model with support for multiple stores, but hope to have something released in the next couple of weeks.
