[RDFa IR] shark

Hi,

we'd like to be added to the list of RDFa implementations. The testcases on
the current RDFa Test Harness are passed by our parser (SharkParser,
<http://shark.informatik.uni-freiburg.de/Ocean/SharkWeb.asmx/Parse?url=[URL]
>), tests 100 - 103 are shown as failed but the literal is correct. More
