librdfa v0.14 released - zero memory leaks, 57x faster

Hi all,

librdfa v0.14 has just been released with many thanks to Dave Longley,
Digital Bazaar's illustrious CTO. He tracked down every last memory leak
the library had and made several very significant speed improvements.

New in this release:

- No known memory leaks.
- New Plain/XML Literal string re-sizing code. Before librdfa could
emit close to 87 triples per second on an AMD Athlon(tm) XP 2500+.
Now it can emit close to 5023 triples per second on the same hardware.
- Better memory management of XML Literals.
