Audio vocabulary and tutorial/examples page updated

Per my pending action:

[PENDING] ACTION: Manu write haudio examples for wiki [recorded in
http://www.w3.org/2008/06/26-rdfa-minutes.html#action06]

There is now a preliminary set of examples covering semantic markup of
songs, speeches, albums, albums containing songs, podcasts and operas.
These were the major use cases we had to support in the Microformats
community and they are now supported in the RDFa community as well.

Here's the list of examples (the page probably contains a couple of typos):

With many thanks to Toby Inkster, the Media, Audio, Video and Commerce
RDF vocabularies have also been updated to use the new 'dcterms'
vocabulary. I wasn't aware of this until Toby mentioned it, but the old
'dc' namespace is a legacy namespace as of 2008-01-14.
