My 2c: The easiest would be to link to the TC itself. There is a rewrite active, so that if you enter http://www.w3.org/2006/07/SWD/RDFa/testsuite/xhtml1-testcases/Test0001 into your browser, the TC manifest is queried and the according test is rendered.
