RDFa Syntax document Last Call Draft checklist

Here's the current status of everything that needs to be done in order
to be ready for Tuesday's SWD meeting:

[PENDING] Mark to update Syntax document based on Ed/Diego's feedback.
[PENDING] Manu to draft request to SWD stating that Syntax document is
          ready for last call review.
[PENDING] Shane to publish Last Call ready Syntax Document Draft.
[PENDING] Manu to respond to Diego's review.
[PENDING] Manu to respond to Ed's review.
[PENDING] Somebody to send request to SWD stating that Syntax document
          is ready for last call review.
[DONE]    Shane to update Syntax document based on Ed/Diego's feedback.
[DONE]    Manu to draft responses to Diego's review.
[DONE]    Manu to draft responses to Ed's review.
[DONE]    Manu to send email to Guus & TomB to make sure we are doing
          what we need to be doing to be ready for next weeks call.
[DONE]    Manu to contact Ed and Diego to let them know that they need
          to publicly state their approval of changes to Syntax
          document.

Questions that still need to be answered:

1. Are there any disagreements with either draft responses to Ed or
   Diego? Please read them before the telecon as we'll need to settle
   any issues there and defer the final wording to Mark.
2. Should we link to the test suite in the appendix? In the text of
   the document?
3. Ralph, who needs to send the request to SWD stating that the Syntax
   document is ready for last call review?
4. Should we update the issue tracker with the issues in the Syntax
   document before Tuesday's call? I'll volunteer to do that.
5. Anything else?
