Not sure if the implementation report is still being updated, but here's an EARL report from Cognition this afternoon: http://buzzword.org.uk/2008/cognition-rdfa-earl-20081210.rdf Of the eight tests not passed in that EARL report, tests #11, #92, #94 and #1001 look like they should be passed.
