The exact RDF/XML spec for about=".." >may require the usage of rdf:ID and not an HTML:id... rdf:ID and html:ID name different object types. html:ID names a fragment of an HTML document, which I think could also be considered a DOM object. I think it is important to not lure authors into writing the wrong thing.
