updated the issues list with comments from Elias and Lee

Hi all,

I've updated the issues list [1] with comments sent by Lee [2] and
Elias[3] in May and June 2006. These are good, detailed comments, and we
should take them into account ASAP.

One decision we need to make is what will happen to the RDFa syntax
document. Steven, do you intend to include all the details in the XHTML2
 document? The more I think about it, the more I realize that we need a
detailed, official document for the syntax. XHTML2 is the right place of
course, since that's the first implementation of RDFa, but if it's not
going to be in the XHTML2 specs, then it needs to be somewhere else.
