Hi all,

I have a last-minute urgent family matter to attend to (nothing
horrible), which means I'll be on a plane on Tuesday during our telecon
time. Given that Mark and Steven will be out, I propose another week's
delay. Not ideal, but I'm not sure what else to do.

If there are any pressing issues to address, let's talk on the mailing list.
