quick bookmarklet update

Hi all,

I've updated the Calendar bookmarklet to add the graphics for Google  
and iCal *right next* to where the event is marked up, as opposed to  
at the bottom of the page.

If you clear your browser cache, your existing bookmarklets should work.

They're all at:

though I need to get them on a W3C server ASAP.
