moved the syntax document

Hi all,

I've moved over to the XML-and-XSLT generated approach, and because I  
don't want to touch the old document for now, I've "deprecated" it.  
The RDF/A syntax document is now available at:

http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/BestPractices/HTML/2005-rdfa-syntax

(there should be no edits compared to the 2005-rdfa-spec, yet... I  
just moved over to XML/XSLT that's all.)
