This is an improvement, Steven. The first sentence has been a particularly important one to me. It seems to me that referring to, e.g. "the value of the about attribute" is more clear than "the about property". This isn't the entirety of the interpretation rules, so it may be wise to indicate that this is a summary and the complete interpretation rules are found at xxxx.
