flag or redirect the old RECs ?

Take a look at this:

Notice the yellow box?   Should we do that for

    http://www.w3.org/TR/rdf-sparql-query/

or should we just make it redirect to

    http://www.w3.org/TR/sparql11-query/

... or what?

Similarly for: http://www.w3.org/TR/rdf-sparql-protocol/

(http://www.w3.org/TR/rdf-sparql-XMLres/ will just be updated in place.)
