Sometimes W3C tries to gather press interest around new Recommendations,
usually by showing how a set of vendors is eager to unveil new products,
and life will be much better for users.
Does anyone want to try to do that with SPARQL 1.1? Maybe check with
your marketing departments, and see if they want to make a big deal of
SPARQL 1.1?
