The manifest has:
:test_50
:test_51
# :test_52 # obsoleted by decision to allow colons in prefixname local
parts, but not allow them to be escaped
:test_53
:test_54
but still has:
:test_52 rdf:type mf:PositiveSyntaxTest11 ;
dawgt:approval dawgt:Approved ;
which is confusing because if you look in the manifest by type, a query
wil find the obsoleted test.
(and, I'd suggest, also remove other commented tests as well)
