SPARQL TC 2012-07-10

Hi all,

I propose to have a short Telco today, agenda similar to last week is posted at
http://www.w3.org/2009/sparql/wiki/Agenda-2012-07-10
i.e.

* Documents-review:
   particularly, note that since andy just posted that Query should be ready for 3rd LC pub, I'd like to discuss whether could go
   ahead as follows:
    - go ahead *now* to publish Query LC with a short comments cycle,
    - alongside ask the RDF WG for official review/approvals to proceed to PR with all docs based on the current LC docs ... (as far as I understood process and what I discussed with Lee/Sandro, we need the ok from them, before we can proceed to PR)
    - try to go to PR with all docs, say, end of August?
