new STRBEFORE/STRAFTER tests (ACTION-625)

I've added some new tests to capture the new semantics of the strbefore/strafter functions.

strbefore01a and strafter01a are meant to replace the existing strbefore01 and strafter01 tests.
strbefore02 and strafter02 are new.
