Not really a big issue, but could be confusing:
WHERE { ?a aGeo:placeName "Grenoble" .
?a aGeo:location ?axLoc .
?a aGeo:location ?ayLoc .
?b aGeo:placeName ?neighbor .
?b aGeo:location ?bxLoc .
?b aGeo:location ?byLoc .
…
would be better if there were two properties like aGeo:location, e.g. aGeo:locationx and aGeo:locationy or similar, otherwise the results will be strange, unless the coordinate system is very weird :)
