Think I found a typo in the query doc:

  http://www.w3.org/TR/sparql11-query/#func-timezone



  xsd:duration  TIMEZONE (xsd:dateTime arg)

should be:


  xsd:dayTimeDuration  TIMEZONE (xsd:dateTime arg)

?
