Hi all, tomorrow we want to run through the documents we have had out for LC already for a while and check them for readiness for either CR or 2nd LC, as well as assign reviewers. The further goal/schedule is to have reviews provided and incorporated within the next 1-2 weeks and -ideally - resolve to publish in two weeks. As soon as those are out of the way, we shall push to get the remaining docs (JSon, CSV/TSV) ready for re-publication before the end of the year, and the ones we're just about to publish (Overview, Fed) probably early next year. This might sound tight, but as mentioned in the last TC, we should strive for not having to ask for another extension and push forward to finish. Accordingly, the agenda for tomorrow is fairly straightforward, I'd kindly ask the respective editors to either be present or send a mail regarding document status and review readiness: * Current publication round: ** check publication status of Fed. Query and Overview. (goal: pub date Nov 10th)... * Next publication round: ** check 2nd LC readiness for Query (assign reviewers), goal: publication end of Nov ** check 2nd LC readiness for Graph Store Protocol (assign reviewers), goal: publication end of Nov ** check 2nd LC/CR readiness for Service Description (assign reviewers), goal: publication end of Nov ** check 2nd LC/CR readiness for Entailment (assign reviewers), goal: publication end of Nov ** check CR readiness for Update (assign reviewers), goal: publication end of Nov ** check LC readiness for Protocol (assign reviewers), goal: publication end of Nov * Comments: ** check on comments readiness from last week and assign actions to send them off, if not done so yet.
