Good catch.
There must be an XML alignment error somewhere - the numbering is
produced by XSLT and not written into the documents.
It goes back through all our publications as SPARQL 1.1. A conversion
error on turning HTML to XML perhaps.
Fixed. Several subsections (level 3) reappear in the TOC (the content
was in the publish doc).
