ACTION: AndyS to try SOAP protocol tests against Joseki and Virtuoso endpoints These two systems use different versions of SOAP (Joseki uses v1.1, Virtuoso uses v1.2) and can't currently interoperate. SOAP 1.2 became a REC in April 2007 and I used Axis1 (hence SOAP 1.1) to produce the Joseki prototype. Completion of my action will be delayed until I port my code to SOAP 1.2.
