Minutes from 31 July 2007

Thanks to everyone for attending. We've all got work to do to make the 
test suite come together in the next couple of weeks and then to enable 
the production of an implementation report after that. Let's do what we 
can to make those deadlines -- I think the end is (a bit) in sight. :-)
