regrets and semantics

Regrets for tomorrows telecon, I will be on the road. (I should be 
able to make telecons from next week forward.)

On the positive side, my action item is at last done, HTML file 
attached. It is also posted at

The appendix here follows the 'minimalist' guidelines which Eric and 
I talked about before Xmas, i.e. it doesn't even TRY to specify how 
to eliminate redundancy in the general case.
