BRQL/Jena in public CVS

I have imported my development codebase into CVS at SourceForge: its the
"BRQL" module in cvs.sourceforge.net/cvsroot/jena/BRQL.

There is anonymous access and there is web access.

Web interface (it can lag behind by up to 24 hours but the import today
