we are also looking into that issue at the moment - already dropped 
Dirk an email about Patrick's request - it should be possible

Dirk is about to set up a Web page with details about the f2f meeting 
venue and some misc infos - then we might need to discuss (off list I 
guess) some details how to best set up some telecon facility for whom 
not there - VoIP over WiFi network might be a good option if decent 
quality
