Folks,

Someone please check my faulty memory. I have in my DAWG-TODO file a
line that says I should move 4.2 Provenance to the requirements
section; but I have little memory of this.

Does anyone else remember anything in this area? I'm going to hold off
doing until or unless someone can confirm.

Along these lines, where are the IRC logs stored for the telcons? I'd
like to look at Tuesday's.
