Important -- fill out f2f registration form regardless of attendance

Hi all. It is important to fill out the face to face registration [1]
even if you don't plan to attend. We use this to keep track of who is
active (attentive?) on the list. The process document [2] obliges us
to keep track of who is particpating per the charter.

Currently only eight of 27 people have registered.
