I don't think it should.
The former IRI ("entity") identifies the thing from the real world (in
that case, the painting known as "Mona Lisa"),
while the latter IRI ("wiki") identifies the Wikidata web page
describing that thing.
The RDF graphs given as examples in the Primer are talking about the
painting, not the web page. So they use the correct IRI in that respect.
