As described in https://github.com/json-ld/json-ld.org/issues/470, the JSON-LD API Value Expansion algorithm incorrectly uses native values (booleans and numbers) to create IRIs in certain circumstances. The text has been corrected in the CG version of the specification to not consider native values when creating IRIs.

This was fixed in https://github.com/json-ld/json-ld.org/pull/558.
