The link for the predicate http://xmlns.com/foaf/0.1/knows
is http://xmlns.com/foaf/0.1/knows.
It's the only constant we have for that property;
the redirect might be temporary.
It would thus not be correct to change it.

Furthermore, http://xmlns.com/foaf/spec/#term_knows
identifies a human-readable interpretation of what foaf:knows means;
it is not a replacement for http://xmlns.com/foaf/0.1/knows,
nor a machine-interpretable document for it.
