I found some typos in the original document.

Appendix A.
  Closing bracket ()) of "D={rdf:langString, xsd:string)" must be brace (}).

Appendix B.
  "all of which which will give" must be "all of which will give".

Appendix B.
  "need contain" must be "need to contain"

Appendix C.
  "there there" must be "then there".
