Miscellaneous Turtle issues

Miscellaneous Turtle issues:

The Turtle test-suite manifest [1] [2] have content type text/n3, probably should be text/turtle.

The Tests index page [3] has a visual link to  http://www.w3.org/TR/2011/WD-turtle-20110809/tests/, but it actually links back to the spec.

Section 2.5 of the spec [3] references the "Collections" section, which just links back to itself. It probably was intended to have a Collections section similar to 3.5 of [4].
