R2RML new WD ready

I've prepared a new WD of R2RML for publication as the new 2nd Last Call document. It's in CVS in WWW/2001/sw/rdb2rdf/r2rml/WD-r2rml-20120529 , and online here:

Someone should double-check if all the headers and boilerplate are ok.

I have also updated the wiki page that documents all changes in R2RML since CR:

So I believe that this completes everything that needs to be done for the new LC publication on R2RML.
