Richard has produced a final version of the R2RML spec. See attached message.
The SOTD section of the DM spec is, however, incorrect. It should match the SOTD
section in the R2RML spec.
Juan, Eric: Can you please fix that asap.
The implementation report and the note on the Test Case are good to go!
