On the Director's call this morning, the transition of the DM and the R2RML documents to PR
as approved!  The four documents will be published in August 14 and the A/C reps of the member
companies will then have 4 weeks to approve the transition to REC.  Assuming no objections, we can
then prepare the REC documents.

Congratulations to the WG and thanks for all the hard work.
