Hi all

I've updated the TC repository [1] with new R2RML TCs, the TC ED [2], 
and the R2RML TC Coverage Matrix [3]
Currently we have
- 17 databases
- 12 direct graphs
- 49 r2rml tcs

  TO DO list:
1. check and create more direct graphs (as many as dbs we have)
2. finish section 4 (Action-160 [4])
