Face To Face Attendance

As I recall most of the spec editors and 1/2 of our chair are not planning
to attend the RDB2RDF face-to-face meeting next week. Because of this I am
considering calling into the meeting instead of flying to California. It
seems to me most of the interaction will be on the phone anyway.
