TriplesMap type in test cases

In this test

I
see a TriplesMap defined as:

<#TriplesMap1> a rr:TriplesMap;

But, per the spec I would expect this to be of type:
rr:TriplesMapClass. Am I reading the spec wrong or is the test case
wrong?
