Note that I'm in a meeting with TimBL in London and it's not surprisingly,
going over rather than ending on time at 5PM, so I am at risk for the
call. I'll try to be there at least via IRC, and call in asap.

The two notes is that:

1) If the editors of the R2ML FPWD need help publishing a first draft,
just ping me. I can do that.

2) For the semantics debate, Pat Hayes is joining the WG to make sure
things are correct. These debates will hopefully happen on a regular basis
outside the WG, but feed the update and possibly spec-editing results to
the WG.
