Hi Everybody

Marcelo and I worked all weekend to present a proposal for the default
mapping:

We are trying to be very explicit: how to create URIs, what are the
different cases of generating a direct RDF graph from RDB

Hopefully everybody can read this today so we can discuss this tomorrow.
