Revised agenda for Nov 9 Telcon

  The agenda for Tuesday's call is below.
The big item for discussion is whether to accept the Marcelo/Eric/Juan draft
as the base document for a FPWD.

Both Europe and the US are now off Daylight Savings Time so the
call will be at the usual tome for both continents

Please read Sections 2 and 3 in this document:

- Section 2 describes the transformation. We made many changes to this
section to include all the comments that we received from the group.

- Section 3 shows how the default mapping can be expressed as
(Datalog) rules. Please notice that we are still working on this
section (we have spent quite a bit of time trying to make this section
as simple as possible, but it still needs work).

4. Discuss editorial changes required to the above draft to create a FPWD
