Status of Use-Cases should be W3C Working Group Note, correct?

Everyone,

In preparation to publish the Working Group Note, we're aiming to have
it published either next Tuesday or Thursday, depending on when I get
approval for publication from the editors.

The main point is that we have to tell the W3C whether this document will
go through the entire Recommendation process of patent exclusions and
other steps, or after X months (where I'm guessing X is about 3, tell me
if otherwise), we publish the use-case document as a Working Group Note.
In our original schedule, we have agreed to publish the use-case document
as a Note as per Section 2.2 of the charter [1], so I'm sending this
e-mail out to make sure this is fine with the WG. If I don't hear any
explicit comments, I'm going to assume that publication as a Working Draft
for comments, and then finalization as a W3C Working Group Note is the
proper path for the use-case document.

               cheers,
                    harry
