We have the following proposal and resolution:

   - The working group agrees to have the Use Cases ready by March 2 and
   derive the requirements from this soon after
   - The working group nominates Marcelo to write the semantics of SPARQL to
   SQL

We have the following action items:

   - Eric to create Wiki page for RDF team and link from homepage
   - Harry to check on dependencies with non-free ISO
