As I will be giving a talk at LDOW2010, which was moved around a bit. I just found this out, so I'll be 30 minutes late to the telecon. However, I will as staff contact make two notes: 1) We should do formal proposals over - Juan's changes to expressivity text - Juan's 4 level scenarios - Juan's adding text to use-case scenarios. 2) If we cannot achieve consensus, I just checked in with Ivan and Thomas, and they're OK with the working draft being late a week.
