Requesting help for RDF conversion

Respected Sir/Madam,

Myself Gowthaam Nachimuthu, pursuing Master of biomedical engineering in
Martin Luther University, Halle.

Currently I am doing a project on data processing of risk management for
medical devices.

I am writing this email seeking for help for conversion to RDF from xml
file.

I am stuck in a point where and how to establish a relation to the
converted RDF. So I kindly request you to help me in the above case and I
would be grateful for this.
