Here's an RDB2RDF mapping library that supports most of R2RML. https://metacpan.org/release/TOBYINK/RDF-RDB2RDF-0.002 Written in Perl, and should work with more or less any database supported by the standard Perl "DBI" library (including SQLite, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access, DB2, Sybase... even CSV files) but has only been thoroughly tested with SQLite.
